Your Trustees:

Katherine Hipp

Katherine is a lawyer in private practice and retired from the US Army JAGC, and also serves as the City of Chesterfield's Board of Adjustment chairman.  She and her husband John and family have lived in Conway Forest since 1999 and she has been a trustee since 2006.  Katherine is the president of the board and handles most communication, working with vendors, and coordinating and planning events.

Craig Bredbenner

Craig is the Director of Reporting & Analytics for Centurylink.  He has lived in Conway Forest since 2005 and is our newest trustee, elected in 2020.  Craig assists with a variety of tasks around the subdivision including landscaping, wildlife control, annual events, research, and dealing with vendors, the city, and the county.

Neale Brassell

Neale is a computer programmer and consultant, and the keyboardist and producer for the band A. Plot.  He has lived in Conway Forest since 2003 and been a trustee since 2009.  He is the secretary/treasurer of the board and handles the accounting, budgeting, reporting, dues collection, and vendor  payments; produces the subdivision directory; and maintains the subdivision website.
